Role Description We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Content Creator / Web Designer to support a growing lifestyle and wellness clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in creating visually appealing content, especially using Canva, and has experience producing both static graphics and short-form videos for different digital platforms. The right candidate should understand how to create content that feels professional, engaging, on-brand, and audience-friendly. You will help strengthen the clinic's online presence through social media content, marketing materials, website updates, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Content Creation - Create high-quality static graphics, infographics, promotional materials, and branded visuals using Canva. - Produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. - Design content that is engaging, professional, and aligned with the clinic's lifestyle, wellness, and healthcare branding. - Social Media and Digital Marketing Support - Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining consistent branding, tone, and visual style. - Assist with preparing content for social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the team to organize, schedule, and publish content across digital platforms. - Brand Alignment - Maintain a cohesive and polished visual identity across all marketing materials. - Ensure that all graphics, videos, and website visuals reflect the clinic's brand values and target audience. - Support campaign ideas through creative concepts, layouts, and content suggestions. - Website Design and Updates - Create and maintain clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly website layouts. - Assist with updating website content, images, banners, service pages, and promotional sections. - Help improve website navigation, layout, and overall user experience. - Ensure that the website supports the clinic's marketing goals and presents the brand professionally. Qualifications - Expert-level proficiency in Canva, including both static and video content creation. - Strong portfolio showing experience with social media graphics, reels, short-form videos, website visuals, or campaign materials. - Experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, branding, or visual storytelling. - Basic website design experience or experience updating website content. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines. - Healthcare, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or clinic branding experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, dependable, organized, and proactive. You should be comfortable taking ideas and turning them into polished visual content. Role Description AIUSA’s Marketing and Communications team develops and executes creative and compelling communications strategies that leverage and build on the Amnesty brand, mobilize members and supporters, and add to the public discourse to protect and advance human rights. The Specialist, Creative Content (“Specialist”) assists with the development and implementation of content strategies, creating and editing various content formats, and producing content across multiple digital platforms. The Specialist will play a vital role in our visual storytelling team, transforming concepts and ideas into impactful visual representations across print and electronic media. The Specialist should be an excellent storyteller, with experience creating digital multimedia content, developing audience- and channel-appropriate messaging, digital audience development, producing engaging multimedia content tailored to diverse audiences and communication channels, and demonstrates a thorough understanding of branding and marketing principles. This role is a union position and covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 1180. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
