• Renseigner les interlocuteurs sur l’état d’avancée des dossiers ainsi que sur les types d’actes en présence (rapport d’expertise, assignation, jugement…) • Rerouter les interlocuteurs vers le service compétent afin qu’ils obtiennent une réponse adaptée à leur demande en identifiant la demande en elle-même ainsi que le type de contrat concerné • Faire remonter les demandes des interlocuteurs auprès du juriste gestionnaire du dossier et fixer des rendez-vous téléphoniques si besoin
Job Requirements
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en droit (DU, licence…)
- Vous êtes à l’aise à l'oral et appréciez le contact par téléphone
- La satisfaction client est votre priorité, vous savez écouter faire preuve d’empathie
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique
- Une expérience réussie dans le service client par téléphone est un atout supplémentaire, notre offre est cependant ouverte aux jeunes diplômés.

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and Mandarin-English bilingual Legal Assistant to join our growing remote legal team in Asia. - Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. - Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence related to immigration matters. - Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English to gather information, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly. - Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to ensure efficient case tracking and document management. - Manage and update CRM and case management systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com. - Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination. - Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy, and workflow management. - Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes.
