Role Description As our ASO Specialist and owner of App Store Optimization across Fortis's portfolio for a 6-month contract term, you'll drive how our games show up across the App Store and Google Play, influencing everything from first impression to install. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership from day one. - Own ASO execution across the Fortis portfolio for the contract term, including keyword strategy and metadata optimization. - Build and run custom store experiences using Custom Product Pages (CPPs) and Custom Store Listings (CSLs). - Run A/B tests on store assets — icons, screenshots, video, copy — and translate results into next steps. - Improve conversion rate across multiple titles simultaneously through structured experimentation. - Integrate AI-driven workflows into ASO execution for keyword optimization, competitive analysis, and experimentation. - Partner with UA, Creative, and Product Marketing to align store strategy with acquisition and positioning. - Connect ASO decisions to broader growth strategy — not treat store performance as a standalone metric. - Contribute from week one — minimal ramp-up expected given the contract term. Qualifications - Cross-platform ASO fluency across App Store and Google Play is essential. - Hands-on experience managing ASO for mobile apps or games, including CPPs and CSLs — non-negotiable. - Proven track record in managing ASO across multiple products simultaneously. - Specific, measurable conversion rate improvement examples — not just "ran tests." - Fluency running experiments from hypothesis to execution to analysis, not playbook-dependent. - Active AI fluency in day-to-day ASO workflows — repeatable use of AI tools for keyword clustering, competitive analysis, or A/B test reporting, not occasional use. - Analytical and creative hybrid — reads performance data and translates it into creative direction. - Background in mobile gaming or large-scale app ecosystems; CET (timezone) overlap strongly preferred for day-to-day collaboration. Benefits - We strongly believe we are changing how games studios operate and at the core of what we do is making great games that create a connected community. - We're not just about making Games Where You Belong. We're also about building communities where our people belong. - Fortis is a thriving environment that celebrates diversity, embraces inclusivity, and fosters growth. - Build and grow with a seasoned team of accomplished talent who have left an impactful mark in their disciplines, both in and out of gaming. Company Description Fortis Games aspires to make great games that bring people together while redefining how game companies work.
