Role Description Reporting to the Chef or an assigned 1st Cook, a 2nd cook is responsible for supporting kitchen activities in order to maintain an efficient camp for our clients. Job duties can include but are not limited to the following: - Assist with all aspects of cooking - Perform sandwich making, salad making, breakfast, hot prep, cold prep, basic baking, and other tasks as assigned by supervisor - Accommodate various diets including vegetarian, vegan, cultural, and food allergies - Safely use all kitchen equipment under the direction of supervisor - Demonstrate proper knife skills - Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed - Ensure food quality, food safety, and food standards are met - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as per task, equipment usage, or PPE requirements - Complete OHS required documents, including temperature charts - Participate in toolbox / tailgate meetings, complete hazard assessment / identifications daily - Assist in unloading the grocery truck - All other duties as assigned Qualifications - 2-3 years of relevant kitchen experience - Post-secondary culinary education considered an asset - Must have a valid Standard First Aid certification and an Alberta Health Services approved Food Safety Certificate - Must supply your own transportation to our camp transfer site located in Edmonton and / or Grande Prairie - Must have attention to detail and food presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and time management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including reading, writing, and speaking English) - Must be able to lift, move, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs. - Available for casual work rotations including but not limited to 21-7, 10-4, 9-5, and 14-7 - Available to work a day shift, afternoon shift, split shift, or night shift - Be able to provide at least 2 professional work references Benefits - Opportunities for advancement through internal promotions and culinary apprenticeships - A strong safety culture emphasizing training and awareness so that you come home safely - Competitive industry wages which outperform similar jobs in urban areas - High performing coworkers who will help you excel and adapt to a remote camp environment - Our positions are safety sensitive and require employees to successfully complete a site pre-access drug and alcohol test and site-specific training.

Role Description ADR Wellness, located in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health team. This position will be remote in California, preferably near the San Diego/Carlsbad area. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care and medication management to outpatient clients. This is a contract/1099 position with compensation based on a 60/40 split. The ideal candidate will be available as needed. - Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints, establish patient diagnoses, and manage medications for clients in an outpatient setting. - Document clients’ medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes for assigned clients. - Prescribe medications according to approved formulary. - Educate clients and family members about mental health and medical conditions, preventive health measures, medications, and treatment plans. - Administer and review tests in a timely manner on site that might impact the provision of treatment services, including TB, HIV, Hepatitis, drug and alcohol testing. - Perform services according to clinical and timeliness guidelines. - Meet quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and responsiveness to feedback. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, psychologists, dietitians, and therapists to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans. Qualifications - Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the California Board of Nursing (required). - Active licensure, registration, or certification must be maintained in good standing. - Current DEA certification. - Experience working in higher level of care/hospital setting (required). - Ability to demonstrate understanding of a variety of models and theories of addiction, mental illness, and related issues (preferred). - Successfully complete comprehensive background check. - Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - EIN required as an Independent Contractor.
