As a Global Quality (GQ) Package Reliability Process Engineer, your responsibility will be to establish new product package reliability requirements and process standardization. This includes ensuring board level reliability that emulates customer PCB design. As a process engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring process control during package reliability and establishing procedures for the operation team's execution.
