• Partner with Sales on high-value, strategic opportunities by providing industry expertise, executive-level customer engagement, competitive insight, and differentiated value narratives that advance complex deals. • Represent the voice of customers and the market by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and operational challenges into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders. • Develop and deliver enablement programs, sales training, certifications, competitive positioning, and industry education to ensure commercial teams remain current on Smart Building technologies, market dynamics, and customer priorities. • Represent RealPage as a recognized thought leader through conferences, webinars, customer events, industry associations, advisory boards, speaking engagements, and published content that elevates RealPage's market presence. • Partner with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to review market opportunities, customer outcomes, product adoption, competitive positioning, and strategic initiatives that support business growth. • Influence product strategy and innovation by bringing deep industry expertise, customer perspective, competitive intelligence, and emerging market trends into roadmap discussions and investment decisions. • Build executive relationships with customers, strategic partners, and industry organizations to validate market needs, gather feedback, support customer advisory programs, and strengthen long-term partnerships. • Partner with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to support successful product launches by ensuring market messaging, sales readiness, customer adoption strategies, and field enablement align with customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in PropTech, Smart Building technology, SaaS, multifamily technology, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of Smart Building technologies including connected devices, access control, automation, IoT platforms, integrations, and resident experience solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, technology ecosystems, and industry trends.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that align business strategy, customer needs, and product innovation.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across internal teams and customer organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as an industry thought leader through speaking engagements, advisory boards, publications, or customer advocacy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
