Executive Loan Officer
Rocket Mortgage
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals • Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product • Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process • Evaluate client financial status and documents including credit, employment, income, assets, and property • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing • Provide every referral source and client with the best client service in the industry • Stay up to date on Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings
Job Requirements
- Experience in mortgage loan origination
- Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume
- Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
- Professional communication, time management and critical/strategic thinking skills
- Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred)
- Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment (preferred)

As the Creative Services Executive this role is responsible for managing the localisation and servicing of all marketing related creative materials for Universal film releases. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CREATIVE SERVICING & PRODUCTION - In consultation with Creative Services Manager is responsible for the creative briefing of ALL PAID media assets (includes Digital and Social AV) on Universal films - Co-ordinates the creative content mapping meetings with Head of Media & Creative, Creative Services Manager and Media Lead Team. - In consultation with the Head of Media & Creative, co-ordinates the approval of creative materials - Co-ordinate the distribution of approved advertising materials to the media/agencies (including key number instructions) - Works with Creative Services Manager to manage material deadlines on each film - Provides summary of creative direction and assets available to marketing team - Briefing & approval of trailer assets including main trailer and supporting trailer driver content Qualifications Basic Requirements - Creative Agency background and experience is essential - Impeccable administration and organisation skills; - Ability to use design based programs would be favourable (ie. Photoshop, Premiere Pro Video Editing, In Design) - Strong Windows office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent attention to detail and an eye for creative layout - Understanding of ALL Paid media formats and required materials. This includes a thorough knowledge of technical requirements and language related to creative requirements ie. Role Description This job collaborates with Sales Client Management and the Sales Executive team. The position will develop member transition strategies to steer the transition of members to AHN and community providers; thereby minimizing future member disruption. This position is responsible for educating members about how their insurance benefits work, the financial impact of healthcare choices, available provider/service options, and the importance of getting the right care at the right time, in the right place.
