• Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across engineering (AI, Simulation, Robotics, Deployment and Infrastructure) - from sourcing to closing. • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles, sharpen requirements, and drive high-quality hiring decisions. • Source proactively through outbound, referrals, and niche technical communities. • Deliver exceptional candidate experience - clear communication, fast feedback, and mission-driven storytelling. • Build scalable hiring systems - scorecards, interviewer calibration, and ATS best practices (Ashby preferred). • Track and improve key metrics - time-to-fill, funnel health, and quality of hire; share insights weekly. • Lay the groundwork for growth by documenting processes and support the foundation of building a broader talent team.
Job Requirements
- Experienced technical recruiter who has successfully hired across multiple engineering functions in high-growth deep tech or robotics/AI environments.
- You like to understand the business inside out and use this knowledge/insight to help sharpen role requirements, find the best people and act as a true gatekeeper of talent across the organziaton.
- Comfortable sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
- Structured and analytical - you use data, scorecards, and evidence to drive decisions.
- Builder mentality - you enjoy creating lightweight systems and improving process quality.
