• Manage an existing Enterprise customer account in The Netherlands, taking full ownership of product rollout, executive stakeholder relationships, and account expansion. • Work alongside the Strategic Account Director and Solution Engineers to expand your account. • Build, nurture, and deepen trusted C-suite and director-level partnerships to ensure strategic long-term alignment between customer and gridX. • Utilize data-driven customer health scoring matrices (tracking API usage, feature consumption, infrastructure performance) to proactively identify, escalate, and minimize high-stakes churn risks. • Identify and qualify portfolio expansion pathways (retrofits, flex optimization, time-of-use campaigns) within existing accounts to maximize Customer Lifetime Value. • Ensure operational excellence and thereby scalable rollout success of your customer by leveraging product capabilities as well as gridX best practices and experiences. • Measure success in Net Expansion Rate, Revenue and Customer Health.
Job Requirements
- Enterprise Utility Experience: Extensive experience in strategic, enterprise client-facing roles (such as Senior Enterprise CSM, Senior Account Executive, Key Account Management, or Senior Consultant) with deep domain knowledge of traditional energy industries undergoing digital transformation. Utility sector experience is a strict must-have.
- Executive-Level Influence: Confidently navigate, engage with, and actively influence senior business partners and corporate stakeholders at the management and C-suite level.
- Value Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional communication style with a knack for technical storytelling; easily translate complex software solutions into clear, ROI-based business cases for executive buyers.
- Framework Account Governance: Strong business mindset tailored to long-term relationship development, customer retention, and strategic expansion within existing enterprise framework agreements, rather than standard greenfield hunting.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Thrive in a "team of teams" setup, working in close symmetry with internal technical experts, commercial teams, the strategy department, and the product team to ensure alignment between customer success and product capabilities.
- Data-Driven Proactivity: Autonomous initiative; comfortably leverage data, customer health metrics, and strategic lifecycle planning to maintain account stability and uncover portfolio growth options.
- Enterprise Hub Presence: Willing to travel roughly once per month to the Netherlands for a physical presence at our enterprise clients' corporate hubs to build deep, multi-threaded relationships.
- Bilingual Capability: Fully fluent in English; Dutch and/or German proficiency is a strong plus.
