• Gain an in-depth understanding of complex FedEx technical standards and project requirements to inform strategic planning. • Promote the development of comprehensive engineering strategies, resource plans, and project timelines in alignment with multifaceted project scopes. • Coordinate and critically review multidisciplinary design efforts to ensure seamless integration and adherence to the highest technical standards. • Act as the internal lead technical interface for FedEx, establishing trust and guiding strategic conversations across the FORTNA organization. • Assist the strategic sourcing of materials and components, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling. • Display superior communication skills, leading by example to drive effective collaboration and cross-disciplinary integration.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership, with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Advanced knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering processes.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.
