Role Description As Springs Charter Schools continues to expand to meet growing student interest, we are building our Connections Academy for the 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity reflects our ongoing commitment to serving more families while maintaining the high level of support our students deserve. Teachers in the Connection Academy are responsible for student engagement in a distance learning environment. They will: - Provide daily synchronous instruction - Conduct small group intervention - Deliver ELD instruction - Conduct PLP meetings as assigned - Manage the complete educational experience for each student - Review student learning - Create online portfolios - Proctor assessments - Create report cards - Assign grades See the job description for more information about this position.
