JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Subjects to be taught: SAT Prep - Provide facilitation support to large groups of students within a classroom setting - Facilitators will have access to information about class assignments - Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies - Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff - Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students QUALIFICATIONS: - MUST hold a completed 4-year degree - Teaching or tutoring experience is required - In-person availability is required - Scheduled hours: Seeking flexible availability Mondays through Fridays between 8:00AM to 12:00PM - Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location. • Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants, Intake and Operations staff to ensure high-quality support for our California legal teams. • Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals, interactive presentations, and instructional resources. • Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees, ensuring a smooth transition into company culture and technical workflows. • Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops, identifying areas where additional coaching is needed. • Coordinate with the operations and learning and development team to align training materials with real-time needs in processes. • Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications for the training department.
