Role Description They're looking for a Tech Lead who leads projects, not just people. You'll own the technical delivery of client engagements end to end: architecture, hands-on development, sprint demos, and day-to-day client communication. You'll be the technical face of Wobbit in front of founders, CTOs and product leaders at startups and scaleups. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend the majority of your time writing code, with the rest spent leading delivery and working directly with clients. You can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical founders, write clear client updates, and hold your own in a demo or scoping call.
