Role Description Coalition Technologies is seeking motivated, organized, and career-focused candidates for our Digital Producer Training Program. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in digital project management, SEO account management, web design and development coordination, online marketing, and client communication. As a Digital Producer Trainee, you will learn how to: - Manage SEO and web design/development accounts - Communicate with clients - Coordinate internal teams - Review project deliverables - Support successful digital marketing and website projects After Successful Graduation: - Many of our full-time, salaried team members are hired from graduates of the Digital Producer Training Program. - Successful graduates have historically been offered full-time positions with Coalition Technologies. - The program is built to prepare you for professional life as a Digital Producer by giving you hands-on training in client management, project coordination, SEO, web development workflows, and digital production. Responsibilities - Learn how to manage SEO, web design, and web development client accounts - Assist with and review project scopes, including financial, resource, and technical considerations - Support cost estimates while considering business impacts, project risks, and client goals - Attend client meetings as required and participate in kickoff calls with new clients - Act as a creative liaison between clients and internal teams - Clarify and communicate project objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria to the team - Review deliverables prepared by the team before they are shared with clients - Ensure project documents are complete, accurate, current, and stored properly - Maintain awareness of industry trends, digital marketing opportunities, and web solutions that may support client success - Recommend website design and online marketing improvements to current clients - Support account growth through thoughtful recommendations and client strategy discussions - Help close out projects and collect final payments when needed Qualifications - Interest in digital project management, account management, SEO, online marketing, web design, or web development - Experience with HTML and CSS preferred - PHP and MySQL experience preferred - Online marketing experience preferred, especially SEO or Google Ads - Excellent organizational skills and experience with complex project management - Excellent time management skills - Strong written and spoken English communication skills - A confident speaking presence, strong command of your voice, and the ability to communicate with authority - Ability to explain development processes and technical information to non-technical audiences - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure - Self-motivated, professional, and positive approach to work - Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred - Passion for building and growing in a startup-style environment - Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time - Reliable transportation if working in-house - Reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power if working remotely Remote Work Environment Coalition Technologies is a fully remote company. Compensation For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $25 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range. Qualifications - You must be 18 years of age or older. - Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship. - Current or previous enrollment in communications classes preferred. - Prior internship or working experience in radio/podcast/TV/Film production industry preferred. - Experience with digital media systems, a plus. - Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Zoom conferencing software. - Experience with ProTools or other audio editing software preferred, but not required. - Familiarity with SiriusXM and Earwolf programming and a passion for podcasts – bonus points if you’re already making your own! - Commitment to excellent storytelling and thoughtfulness about what makes a good audio story. - Flexibility and a can-do attitude. - Resilience and a willingness to do the less glamorous tasks as well as the fun ones. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Attention to detail and strict adherence to the highest podcast standards and ethics. - Well-organized, energetic, independent and responsive to feedback and direction. - Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills. - Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Requirements - Base salary for this position is $18/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. - This role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
