VP, Multinational/Traditional Corp Sales
BCD Travel
• Responsible for all sales activities in the region, achievement of sales targets, the strategic sales plan, and budget for sales • Identifying, hiring, mentoring, leading, and developing talent for the sales team • Ensure team members identify new business opportunities for assigned existing clients • Accountable for identifying and analyzing sales trends & patterns, potential customers, and leads • Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy • Guarantee team members oversee new business implementation and work closely together with the implementation teams • Manage the performance of direct reports and downline employees; guide and motivate the team
Job Requirements
- Business travel industry experience is required
- Extensive experience as a sales manager in the business travel industry with proven success
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English
- Ability to interact with individuals and groups in a positive and collaborative manner
