Role Description This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. Work Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm EST, some holiday hours required as determined by business needs. The Workforce Management Analyst I - Real Time Analyst monitors call volume demand in real time and flexes workforce accordingly. Ensures that the best possible call center service levels are achieved to maximize utilization. Monitors call volume and average speed of answer (ASA) in real time & adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service is maintained. - Monitors and reacts to fluctuations in call volume as they occur in order to restore service levels as quickly as possible. - Schedules activities around forecasted call patterns. - Schedules off-phone activities when call volume projections are down. - Manages and adjusts call routing when unusual call patterns exist in order to ensure service levels are met. - Updates schedules to ensure WFM system is able to provide statistical staffing requirements based upon current staffing availability. - Updates schedules to account for breaks, paid time off, tardiness, etc. Qualifications - Requires a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 2 years call center operations experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Requirements - Real-time management experience in a centralized call center environment is preferred. - Previous experience with MS Excel, Tableau, Coding Database (DBA) is strongly preferred. - Prior working knowledge of Genesys Cloud and/or NICE IEX is strongly preferred. • Engage with clients and/or prospects to identify and assess SAP license or support policy concerns. • Provide detailed guidance regarding SAP audit processes and address client audit/compliance concerns. • Articulate possible SAP licensing or vendor support options and considerations. • Analyze and report on SAP license usage and provide asset management guidance using industry leading software asset management solutions. • Build rapport with Rimini Street client-facing teams and become the trusted advisor on SAP license or support policy questions. • Keep apprised of industry and vendor activities or policy changes in the SAP license space.

• Support replenishment and inventory strategy for continuous core program (CCP) items • Monitor global inventory health, forecast accuracy, and sell-through to optimize product flow • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and planning teams to maintain continuous production for core products • Drive speed-to-market initiatives by supporting critical path activities and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times and improve supply chain agility • Validate approvals and allocations for product launches and collaborations • Confirm and communicate additional costs and allocations for collaborative projects • Track production, transit, and delivery schedules for NPI, MPP, Speed to Market, and Collab projects • Coordinate with regional teams to resolve at-risk items and develop frameworks for future programs

If not currently certified (or proficient), employee will have 6 months from their Date of Hire or Date of Transfer into a position that requires certification (proficiency) to obtain such certification. - Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access. Benefits - Pay Range: $80,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD - The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
