Role Description Join our team as a Business Analyst in a pivotal role that integrates business acumen with a focus on Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Digital Marketing. As a Business Analyst, you will engage directly with the development teams and business partners, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting projects across all business units. Your mission is to build strong business relationships and facilitate implementation efforts that enhance our digital marketing initiatives and user experience within the healthcare technology sector. - Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs in the context of DXP and digital marketing. - Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on digital experience solutions. - Support the development and enhancement of DXP and digital marketing products and services tailored to the healthcare technology market. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications related to digital experiences and marketing strategies. - Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process. - Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies for improving customer interactions and digital marketing efforts. - Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards. Qualifications - Fluent communication in English to engage both with the development team and business stakeholders. - Strong understanding of Digital Experience Platforms and digital marketing principles, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders. - Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices. - Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. - A consultative and proactive mindset, with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions. - Experience working in consulting environments focused on DXP and digital marketing solutions, particularly in healthcare technology, is a plus. - Comfort using or a willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams. Requirements - Previous experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Content Management Systems (CMS) in the healthcare technology sector. - Familiarity with technologies and tools that enhance digital marketing strategies and user experience. - Experience working in environments with multiple teams or departments focused on digital marketing and healthcare technology initiatives. Project Overview - Young Men’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Study. This R21-funded study examines reproductive attitudes, behaviors, and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) needs of formerly incarcerated young men (ages 15–29) who have not yet fathered children. Using a socio-ecological framework, the project will identify upstream social determinants and barriers/facilitators to SRH education and care through semi-structured interviews with recently incarcerated young men (incarcerated within the past 12 months). Recruitment will target diverse young men across Maryland, Minnesota, and Texas. The Research Assistant will be a qualitative interviewer to conduct 1:1 semi-structured interviews (virtually via Zoom) with study participants. The interviewer will work closely with the PI and study team to ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive engagement with participants.
