Clinical Competencies: - Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for the primary care setting, including but not limited to: - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) - Motivational Interviewing (MI) - Ability to conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and communicate findings efficiently to other members of the care team. - Skilled in developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and care team. - Provide culturally responsive care, respecting and valuing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of patients. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: - Experience working on multidisciplinary care teams, including PCPs, nurses, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals. - Proficiency in communicating behavioral health principles to non-behavioral health professionals to facilitate collaborative treatment planning and care coordination. Communication Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise, and effective interactions with patients, team members, and other stakeholders. - Commitment to patient-centered care, focusing on collaborative goal setting and care plan development. Specialized Skills: - Ability to assess and manage common behavioral health concerns in primary care (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD). - Assist patients in coping with and managing chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes). - Flexibility in treatment approach and adaptability to the fast-paced medical clinic environment. - Comfort with utilizing psychological screening measures to assess treatment efficacy and drive symptom improvement. Technology: - Comfort with technology, including navigating electronic health records and registry platforms to track symptom improvement. Qualifications - Licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) skilled in the delivery of evidence-based interventions. - License to practice in Illinois required. - REMOTE position, with occasional on-site meetings in Springfield, IL. - Ability to see ages 12+. - Experience in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary care setting required; integrated care or primary care settings preferred. - Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing behavioral, physical health, and social needs. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment. - Proficiency in electronic health record systems and efficiency in documentation. - A passion for expanding access to quality care through innovative treatment approaches. Requirements - Comprehensive clinical training in the Collaborative Care Model and ongoing clinical consultation and mentorship. - 3 weeks Paid time off. - Salary position with production bonus. - 40 hours per week, typically 8am-5PM M-F. - Dynamic work environment with strong work-life balance. - Above average compensation. - Dedicated non-clinical support staff to assist with administrative duties. - Day shift, no call. - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and HSA plans. - 401K Plan with generous employer contribution. - Telehealth training and support. - $72,000 - $90,000 a year. Duties include: - Sanitize animal facility caging and equipment by the use of operating cage washing equipment. - Maintain maintenance logs and daily temperature logs. - Set up, operate and service cage washing machines and sterilizing equipment as needed. - Load, unload and store food, bedding and other facility equipment. - Check cages and other equipment for needed repair.
