Role Description As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units. - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership. - Ensure our CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving. - Actively use AI throughout planning, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience. - Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations. - Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation. - Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing. - Strong troubleshooting capability. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Outstanding organizational skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Requirements - Experience using AI for workflow architecture, CRM optimization, funnel planning, technical troubleshooting, QA, documentation, reporting, customer journey optimization, and process improvement. - Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.
