Deep understanding of Linux environments and basic scripting (Python or Bash) is highly preferred. - Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage high-pressure, high-stakes client engagements and translate complex workflow challenges into prioritized, elegant product features. - Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for both engineering teams and senior executive stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sound Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in high-end production environments. Preferred Qualifications - Media Tech Background: Significant experience with industry-standard audio/video tools such as Pro Tools, Media Composer, or high-performance rendering engines. - Strategic Toolkit: Proficiency in Agile toolsets (Jira, Productboard, or Zendesk) for managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from strategic planning to feature requests and incident management. - DevOps Literacy: Familiarity with modern cloud deployment strategies, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. - Agile Leadership: Proven experience as a Certified Scrum Product Owner/Leader in an Agile/Scrum environment, successfully navigating the friction between custom client requests and core product stability.
