Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team! The Clinical Pharmacist will assist the Clinical Pharmacy Director in providing pharmacy clinical services. Responsibilities include: - Assisting the Clinical Pharmacy Director in providing clinical oversight for the development and implementation of the pharmacy program plan for clinical services. - Evaluating medication reconciliations and providing Medication Management referrals, education, and outreach to Care Management, providers, and members. - Assisting pharmacy team members with pharmacy related information/projects. - Supporting/performing educational activities for Trillium colleagues, providers, and members when necessary. - Assisting in the development and maintenance of cost-effective pharmacy programs, including management of the formulary; utilization management programs; and responding to internal questions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or higher degree in Pharmacy. - Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a pharmacist. - Registered pharmacist in the State of North Carolina with a current North Carolina pharmacist license. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Must reside within North Carolina. - Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Requirements - Medicaid pharmacy benefits management experience (preferred). This role will involve study coordination for clinical trials being conducted in the lab. Tasks will include coordinating participant recruitment, conducting telephone and clinic screenings, coordinating data collection visits, visit scheduling, managing participant flow through the trials, and research-related administrative tasks.
