Role Description Buscamos a alguien que domine el mundo de la nómina y quiera llevar ese conocimiento a un nivel más estratégico. Serás parte clave del equipo que adapta nuestra plataforma a las necesidades de cada cliente, brindando soporte técnico, asesoría especializada y soluciones personalizadas. Tu misión: hacer que nuestros clientes amen usar Worky, confíen en nuestra plataforma y se queden con nosotros por mucho tiempo. ¿Qué harás? - Atenderás dudas e inquietudes de clientes vía foro o tickets. Tu métrica: NPS (Net Promoter Score). - Construirás relaciones de confianza con los clientes para aumentar su fidelización y mejorar su experiencia (seguimiento a CHURN y CLTV). - Reportarás errores detectados en la plataforma al equipo de desarrollo. - Crearás y actualizarás tutoriales, manuales o videos para explicar el uso de la plataforma. Qualifications - Experiencia calculando nóminas ordinarias, extraordinarias y asimilados a salarios. (+2 años) - Conocimiento profundo de SBC, ISR, percepciones exentas, y determinación de amortizaciones de INFONAVIT. - Manejo de SUA y plataformas como IDSE, INFONAVIT, ISN estatal, FONACOT, ICSOE, SISUB y más. - Generación de layouts bancarios para dispersión de nómina. - Parametrización de recibos de nómina con claves SAT correctas.
