Role Description The Business Development Representative is a REMOTE position and is responsible for generating leads for the Fit For Work sales team. This role involves: - Conducting outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other professional communications. - Being the first interaction a prospective customer has to learn about Fit For Work and WorkSTEPS services. - Focusing on new customers while participating in campaigns with existing customers as needed. - Exceeding goals to earn promotion to a Business Development Director role. - Being coachable with a strong drive to win. Responsibilities - Lead outbound sales activities vital to closing new customers. - Make a minimum of 250 cold calls per day to prospective clients. - Conduct daily outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn. - Utilize Zoom and other technologies to target companies and decision makers to personalize outreach. - Understand and clearly articulate and present information about all FFW/WS services to prospective customers. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outbound strategy. - Document opportunities in Salesforce with accurate records of interactions. - Meet monthly/weekly KPI’s for meetings booked and qualified opportunities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1-3+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience (SDR/BDR preferred). - CRM expertise, Salesforce preferred. - Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
