Role Description Be at the forefront of how Zip transforms enterprise procurement through AI. As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: - Embed directly inside our most strategic accounts to uncover operational problems. - Build working solutions using Zip's agent infrastructure and AppStudio. - Own a small book of enterprise accounts end-to-end, expanding the scope of what we are solving. - Measure success by solving the customer's highest-priority problems. - Work across procurement, finance, legal, and risk workflows. - Be mission-driven, move fast, and drive outcomes for customers. - Earn trust quickly inside an enterprise with domain knowledge and technical fluency. You will: - Embed with enterprise customers to understand procurement and adjacent workflows. - Build and deploy AI agent solutions configured to the customer's specific environment. - Own the customer relationship and manage parallel workstreams across a small portfolio of accounts. - Surface the next problem worth solving with commercial instinct. - Produce architecture documentation capturing what was built and why. - Feed structured learnings back to product and engineering. - Represent Zip on-site at customer locations when required. Qualifications - 3+ years working directly with SAP Ariba. - Direct experience building with AI: AI agents or automated workflows using Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar. - A track record of owning complex customer engagements independently. - Enough technical fluency to build integrations and diagnose workflow failures. Requirements - The salary range for this role is $130,000- $170,000 OTE. - The salary is determined based on job-related factors including location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
