Role Description As the Country Manager for Germany, your role involves spearheading growth, overseeing operations, and fostering relationships within the German cryptocurrency market. Ideal candidates should possess hands-on marketing experience and partnering with KOLs, prior experience in crypto management, and fluency in both German and English. Knowledge of German and EU regulatory frameworks (particularly Austria's FMAs and MiCA) are a distinctive advantage. - Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the German market, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth. - Lead and manage all aspects of local operations such as marketing campaigns, industry events, and partnership development. - Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels (including German-language platforms), and community events. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, local financial institutions, and industry partners. - Navigate and ensure compliance with EU regulatory requirements (MiCAR, MiFID, EMI). - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Germany to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. - Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development. - Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of the German market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape (MiCA, MiFID, EMI). - Established network within the DACH crypto and fintech ecosystem is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Results-oriented business mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges. - Fluent in German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages. As the first Provider Partnership Manager in New Jersey, you will help launch Sailor in a brand-new market serving millions of seniors. Role Description Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for health plan provider relations activities. Supports network development, network adequacy and provider training and education. Serves as primary point of contact between the business and contracted providers within the Molina network.
