Job Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or related fields
- Strong understanding of enablement strategies and principles
- Ability to partner effectively with CS leaders
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and tools
- Proven ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on data
