Role Description AMG Tech Support Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bid Coordinator to identify, evaluate, price, and submit proposals for IT field service opportunities on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT field services and can confidently evaluate project requirements, source qualified technicians, calculate project costs, discuss service opportunities with clients, and prepare competitive proposals that maximize company profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This position plays a critical role in the continued growth of our company by securing profitable projects and building long-term client relationships throughout the United States. Responsibilities - Review incoming client opportunities daily. - Evaluate project scope and technical requirements. - Research labor, travel, and material costs. - Contact technicians to verify availability and negotiate pricing. - Communicate with clients regarding project scope, scheduling, pricing, and service expectations. - Prepare and submit competitive bids and project proposals. - Track opportunities from proposal through award or rejection. - Coordinate awarded projects with the Dispatch Department. - Maintain accurate bid records, reports, and documentation. - Collaborate with Operations to improve bid success rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Previous experience preparing bids, estimates, or project proposals. - Experience in project coordination, estimating, account management, customer service, or business development. - Knowledge of IT field services, networking, telecommunications, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, or structured cabling. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet applications. Role Description The Senior Project Manager leads enterprise-level projects while owning and advancing the Bank’s Project Management Office (PMO), including governance, policy, and portfolio management. This role ensures disciplined project execution, effective project intake and prioritization, and compliance with regulatory expectations while supporting organizational change and strategic initiatives. - Lead and manage the selection, training, development and performance of the project team with a focus on operational efficiency, job knowledge, performance proficiency, client service, team support and compliance. - Lead and manage large-scale, high-impact projects across diverse banking domains, including mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, regulatory compliance initiatives, solution launches and banking center openings/closures. - Conduct regular evaluation of project status to ensure alignment with objectives and milestones.
