Sales Development Representative

We are hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives to join a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization serving the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries across North America. This is a fully remote opportunity; however, we are only able to hire candidates who reside in one of the following states: Washington Minnesota Oregon Florida Georgia New York New Jersey Texas California Illinois Arizona Rhode Island Virginia North Carolina Colorado If you are a true outbound seller who thrives in high-activity environments and wants a clear path to promotion, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. About the Role: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach) Follow up on inbound leads as assigned Identify and engage business owners in industries such as spas, medspas, salons, barbershops, and fitness studios Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives Receive credit when demos are completed Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity Collaborate closely with AEs and sales leadership We follow a consultative, challenger-style sales approach and value adaptability, coachability, and resilience.
Job Requirements
- Prior SDR or inside sales experience required
- Proven outbound prospecting experience (must be comfortable cold calling)
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Coachable, resilient, and solution-oriented
- Strong organization and time management skills
- U.S. Citizens or U.S. Persons
- Currently reside in one of the approved states listed above
- Compensation
- $55,000 Base Salary
- $40,000 On-Target Earnings
- $95,000 Total OTE
- Uncapped commission
- Ramp & Expectations
- First 4 weeks: Training with no quota
- Internal presentation required before full production
- First month post-training: 1 closed deal target
- Full ramp achieved by Month 4
- Ongoing trainings during the 1st and 3rd week of each month
- This is a performance-driven environment with increasing expectations as you ramp.
