Founding Engineer

Kipsi

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything including engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture and strategy. You will work directly with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to influence every aspect of the platform. Working across the entire stack using cutting edge frameworks and tools Taking true ownership of your work and leading key components of product roadmap, design and development Executing fast to quickly convert design into functional components Growing professionally and learning every day

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Fluency in Typescript, Javascript, React
  • Good product intuition and user empathy
  • Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoy the fast pace of a startup and be able to work independently
  • Bonus: SQL, terraform, k8s, java, golang, cloud infrastructure knowledge
