Brand Activation Ambassador
Chobani
• Represent Chobani and La Colombe with professionalism and energy at events, retail locations, commuter hubs, universities, and community gatherings • Execute sampling events that showcase product benefits, flavor variety, and brand story • Deliver compelling talking points that connect with a wide range of consumers • Share product knowledge and the Chobani x La Colombe brand pillars in an authentic and approachable way • Educate consumers on nutritional benefits, differentiators, and sustainability commitments • Act as a passionate advocate for our brands in the field • May be required to drive a company box truck for event transportation and logistics • Assist with set-up, execution, and tear-down of event assets (tents, coolers, sampling equipment, signage) • Follow all compliance protocols, including food safety, health department permits, and brand guidelines • Support in gathering content and photos to recap events • Track and report sampling metrics (units sampled, impressions, consumer feedback) • Share insights with Regional Field Manager on what worked well and where improvements can be made • Partner closely with Regional Field Managers, Sr. Product Specialists, and fellow Brand Ambassadors • Support retail demo programs, collegiate partnerships, and cultural/community activations • Be flexible to assist in different markets or event types as needed
Job Requirements
- High school degree required
- 1-2 years prior experience in field marketing, events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills
- Passion for food, beverage, wellness, and community connection
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods during events
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Reliable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have an active and valid drivers license with an excellent driving record
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation to get to and from warehouse and/or events

Key Responsibilities - Community Events: - Identify, plan and attend public events (as identified in the local Carer Recruitment & Retention Plan) and speak to the general public about what foster care involves and the need for foster carers within their community. - Community events e.g. festivals, markets. - Information Sessions or pre-approval training. - Community Engagement: - Identify key community groups to engage with. - Identify, with the local care team, key community groups or networks that match our carer target group. - Promote our services to various community clubs and groups by conducting presentations or developing relationships. - This would include contacting people in our targeted recruitment group which could be through local high schools, sporting groups, hospitals, disability services and community networks. - Seek opportunities to partner with local groups, businesses and councils in your area. - Media Representative: - Where required, represent LWB in the local media. - Radio (live or pre-recorded); Print (newspaper / digital); TV; social media. - Prospective Carer Liaison: - Talk (via phone, email, webchat) to people seriously considering foster care as identified through the Central Enquiry Team. - Work alongside the local care team to support enquirers to make the right decision about whether they should pursue fostering. Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years fostering experience and 1 year with LWB. - Exceptional fostering reputation. - Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining good community connections. - Additional time to commit to the role outside of commitment to children and young people in your care. - Demonstrated ability to work with individuals, families or groups from strengths based culturally appropriate perspective. - Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as part of a team. - Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes. - Current Drivers Licence.
