Role Description We have a strong engineering team with deep expertise in infrastructure, blockchain, and specialized domains. We are looking for a product engineer who can own product features from concept to deployment — someone who can rapidly iterate on ideas, ship independently, and help us accelerate our product adoption. You'd be joining a small engineering team and directly reporting to the CTO in a greenfield-heavy environment where your work directly affects velocity, company direction, and revenue. What You'll Do - Own features end-to-end from product discussion and design to implementation and launch. - Build greenfield products for issuers and distribution partners. This is 90%+ of your focus. - Ship fast and iterate. Test ideas quickly, get them in front of users, and learn from the feedback. - Leverage AI. Use AI tools to accelerate your development workflow. Stay critical. - Work across the stack — backend (Elixir/Phoenix + REST APIs) and frontend (TypeScript/Next.js). AWS infrastructure. Qualifications - 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience. - Strong full-stack capability — You’re comfortable building and shipping independently from concept to production. - Demonstrated ability to own and deliver product features without heavy hand-holding. - Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders. - Strong engineering leadership skills, including mentoring engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback, driving technical decision-making, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Technical Skills - Backend: Working knowledge of Elixir/Phoenix or equivalent backend framework experience. - Frontend: TypeScript + modern frameworks (Next.js preferred). - APIs: Experience building and consuming REST APIs. - Fundamentals: Strong grasp of system design, data structures, and clean code principles.
