• Join our Data team as a Mid-level Data Analyst • Work on Business Intelligence and Data Engineering projects • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries • Build tables and data pipelines using GCP and Power BI • Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and develop analytical solutions

• Elicit and detail requirements with business stakeholders; • Translate business needs into analytical and functional requirements; • Map business rules and calculation criteria for metrics; • Serve as the interface between business areas and technical teams; • Support the definition and prioritization of enterprise data products; • Validate the consistency, completeness and integrity of delivered data; • Support the definition of data quality rules and processes; • Perform exploratory analyses using corporate data; • Build dashboards, reports and strategic metrics; • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize data processes; • Propose KPIs and metrics for operational and strategic monitoring.

Role Description - Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. - Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SSRS reports and dashboards using SQL queries to support business reporting, data analysis, and operational decision-making. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather reporting requirements, validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and implement enhancements to existing BI solutions. Qualifications - Up to 2 years of relevant experience. - 1+ year of experience in Microsoft SSRS and SQL. - Bachelor's degree or can be substituted for two (2) years of relevant experience.

• Oversees all stages of the business intelligence cycle including understanding business objective, collecting business requirements and translating them into data requirements. • Designing and developing reports or dashboards (code and visualization). • Scheduling and deployment of business intelligence components in accordance with supplied standards and best practices. • Collaborates with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use. • Monitors production systems for issues and resolves issues or elevate them for resolution when necessary. • Participates in and leads classroom instruction for at least 6 unique courses offered in the Revenue Cycle Course Catalog. • Identifies and provides recommendations to leadership for identified student learning opportunities.
