• Develop and execute annual joint business plans across numerous channels aligned with company revenue and profitability targets. • Drive assortment expansion, promotional strategy, and distribution growth across fans, heaters, air purifiers, and related home comfort categories. • Identify whitespace opportunities and seasonal growth initiatives. • Lead line reviews, category reviews, and new item presentations. • Monitor competitive activity and recommend pricing, assortment, and promotional adjustments to maintain category leadership. • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, professional channel partners, and key accounts. • Build strong, collaborative partnerships to support long-term growth and brand expansion. • Partner closely with customer merchandising and digital teams to support omnichannel growth. • Own account-level forecast inputs in partnership with Sales Operations and Demand Planning. • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to align new product introductions with customer needs and use cases. • Analyze sales performance, promotional ROI, category trends, and distribution metrics.
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in National Account Management or Sales within consumer durables or CPG.
- Proven success in seasonal planning and managing weather-sensitive categories.
- Strong understanding of joint business planning, trade spend management, and P&L ownership.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with distributor data, POS reporting, and BI tools preferred.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
- Travel as needed to support customer meetings, distributor visits, and industry events.
