• Collaborating with product manager to refine feature specifications • Development and support of Linux-based server software (Python mainly) • Development of a web-based API (XML-RPC and REST mainly) • Collaboration with other developers on development and deployment • A working knowledge of python asynchronous programming

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Scala and Python • Design, implement, and scale AI-powered features across the platform • Integrate internal and external AI services via APIs (including LLMs and similar AI platforms) • Contribute to the continuous improvement of backend architecture and AI capabilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise integration services and platform tooling using NestJS • Provision and configure cloud environments using GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, Amazon EKS, and ArgoCD • Integrate with enterprise systems including Netcracker, Salesforce CRM, internal APIs, and Storyblok headless CMS • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS cloud infrastructure • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions within Agile Scrum team • Deliver secure, scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments

• Consulting and support for migrations from Microsoft SQL Server to PostgreSQL • Definition and review of target architectures for PostgreSQL environments • Analysis of existing database landscapes, data models and workloads • Planning and execution of migrations, including strategies, testing and cutover concepts • Performance optimization (query tuning, indexing, resource management) • Conducting sizing, capacity and scaling analyses • Design of high-availability, backup, recovery and disaster recovery strategies • Migration and adaptation of database objects (e.g. stored procedures, views, triggers) • Identification of SQL Server–specific dependencies and migration to PostgreSQL • Support for test concepts and execution of migration tests • Preparation of documentation and best practices, and knowledge transfer
