Creative Strategist

• End-to-end Creative Strategy: You develop data-driven creative strategies per channel (Meta, TikTok, Reddit) and per indication — from audience insights and angle development to the final creative brief. • Hook & Angle Development: You systematically build hook banks and messaging frameworks for complex health topics aimed at audiences that are not typical consumers (sleep disorders, pain, women’s health, weight loss). • Testing Machine: You establish a creative-testing velocity of 5+ tests per week. Hypothesis → test → learning → iteration. You document winners and losers and turn those learnings into a growing playbook. • Compliance by Design: You know HWG, platform policies and the gray areas. You develop creatives that pass ad review without losing impact — platform framing rather than frontal attack. • Creator & Production Management: You brief UGC creators, freelancers, editors and AI creative tools with precision so the output is right the first time. You act as the quality gatekeeper for everything that goes live. • AI-first Workflow: You use AI tools (Claude, generative video/image tools, automated campaign workflows) as a multiplier — not a threat. Your concepts are produced and scaled using AI. • Performance Ownership: You analyze creative performance at the ad level (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPO, POAS), derive learnings and challenge the status quo — including that of the CMO team.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist / Performance Creative Lead in D2C or health environments; proven success with performance creatives on Meta and TikTok — you can present concrete cases with numbers (spend, CPO/CPA, ROAS, scaling).
  • Experience with regulated medical topics (telemedicine, Rx, healthcare, pharma-adjacent) — you know what is HWG-compliant and how to avoid ad rejections without breaking policy.
  • Experience in the supplement market — you understand claims boundaries, angles and mechanics.
  • Fluent German (copywriting level) and confident English.
  • Data literacy: You read ad-level metrics independently and make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
  • Mindset — this is you: Owner mentality: You treat every test budget as if it were your own money. ROI beats ego.
  • Speed over perfection: You test in 2 weeks instead of perfecting for 2 months. 80/20 is your default.
  • Radical candor: You say what needs to be said — even when it’s uncomfortable. And you can handle it when we do the same.
  • Not a snowflake on sensitive topics: Cannabis, erectile dysfunction, sick leave, weight-loss injections — you handle polarizing subjects and find that exciting rather than embarrassing.
