Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team, offering expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Developer, your role will involve creating, designing, and implementing customized solutions to address complex Salesforce challenges. - Design and develop solutions using Apex (triggers, batch, queueables, schedulables, platform events) and declarative tools when appropriate. - Architect robust sharing and visibility models (role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, criteria/owner-based sharing, teams, territories) aligned with least privilege principles. - Build resilient integrations with external systems. - Conduct code reviews, and elevate engineering standards. - Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical designs in collaboration with product owners, admins, and architects. - Produce technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and contribute to architecture decision records (ADRs). - Support release management and production operations. Qualifications - 5-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with advanced Apex skills, Front-End Development and strong platform performance tuning knowledge. - Proven track record in designing complex sharing models and implementing enterprise-grade security controls. - Strong integration experience across REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk APIs, and middleware. - Solid understanding of data modeling, large data volume (LDV) strategies, and transactional integrity within Salesforce. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. - Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2). Requirements - Nice to have Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II or Agentforce certifications are preferred.
