• Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo mediante la gestión eficiente de citas, correos electrónicos, comunicaciones y calendarios, asegurando una atención de alta calidad a clientes y proveedores. • Programar, coordinar y gestionar citas. • Realizar seguimiento para garantizar la confirmación y asistencia a reuniones. • Administrar y organizar la bandeja de entrada de correo electrónico. • Dar respuesta oportuna y profesional a correos electrónicos y solicitudes. • Gestionar calendarios, reuniones, eventos y agendas. • Atender llamadas telefónicas, tickets y requerimientos de clientes o proveedores. • Apoyar procesos de captación y relacionamiento con proveedores en LATAM. • Brindar soporte administrativo y de coordinación al equipo. • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con clientes, proveedores y stakeholders internos.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos administrativos, asistencia virtual, soporte operativo o servicio al cliente.
  • Inglés avanzado (B2+ o superior) con capacidad para comunicarse de forma verbal y escrita.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales como Calendly, LinkedIn, correo electrónico y plataformas de gestión.
  • Experiencia en atención telefónica, seguimiento de tickets y coordinación de agendas.
  • Excelente redacción y ortografía.
  • Experiencia utilizando Grammarly o herramientas similares.
  • Alta capacidad de organización y gestión de múltiples tareas.

Role Description We're looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant with a creative eye for design to support our bathroom renovation projects. This is primarily an administration-focused role with the opportunity to assist in the preparation of renovation plans and 3D visualisations. - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team. - Prepare and maintain project documentation and client records. - Organise project files, plans, and specifications. - Assist with general data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. - Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and well organised. - Prepare and update bathroom floor plans using CAD software. - Create 3D models and renders in SketchUp for client presentations. - Assist with bathroom layout and design concepts based on project requirements. - Make revisions to drawings and designs as requested by the team. - Support the design process by ensuring drawings and plans are accurate and presentation-ready.
