Senior Cloud Engineer, DevOps – GCP

• Design, implement, and maintain GCP infrastructure using Terraform, covering everything from IAM policies and networking to environment provisioning. • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins for automated testing, deployment, and environment consistency. • Support and improve infrastructure observability through monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions. • Collaborate with data and software engineers to provision and optimize resources for applications, APIs, and data pipelines. • Partner with external infrastructure support providers to troubleshoot issues, implement new architecture, and maintain compliance with best practices. • Contribute to infrastructure documentation, design reviews, and continuous improvement of internal cloud standards. • Ensure infrastructure is secure, cost-efficient, and reproducible, aligning with modern DevOps and cloud reliability principles.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • Strong experience managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, including IAM, networking, and project structure. Open to AWS and Azure willing to ramp up in GCP.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and modern deployment workflows.
  • Experience supporting data and analytics workloads (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt) a plus.
  • Scripting experience with Python or Bash for automation and tooling.
