This position requires an active Public Trust clearance. Provide programmatic and technical support in five major areas: professional consultative services, management studies, data analysis, preparation of responses, reports, documents and correspondences, meeting support and policy development/communication/education. Provides management of studies, analysis, response preparation, meeting support and policy development for Health Services Policy and Oversight (HSP&O). Provides direct Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Expert Writing support services to the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (HA) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for HSP&O, and/or their Policy Directors. Engages and communicates (written and verbally) with senior executive leaders within the MHS governance structure on a regular basis; produce senior executive level correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite. Coordinates and manages project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines. Develops high-level performance-based analytical reports to provide recommendations on program effectiveness and support to research and responses to government officials. Provides research, analytical and administrative support to include ongoing evidence-based analytical, research and evaluation methods and outcomes research. Provides support in the development of HSP&O oversight structure, to include risk assessment, prioritization of programs for oversight, and developing clear milestones and metrics for oversight. Assists in collection, summarization, analysis, or reporting of Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) HA/HSP&O health policy needs, goals, objectives, initiatives, and plans, program evaluation and reporting data. Provides support to directors to oversee policy implementation; ensure programs are consistently implemented; and to conduct assurance activities and investigations. The Manager Cybersecurity is responsible for leading LoadSpring’s cybersecurity plan, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer and company data. This role oversees the security team, operations, risk management, compliance, and incident response while partnering with IT, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure security strategies align with organizational goals. The manager also leads and develops the Cybersecurity team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver reliable, high-quality results. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Cybersecurity Engineers, ensuring continuous growth and success. Own and evolve LoadSpring’s cybersecurity strategy for a SaaS, cloud-first environment. Ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks. Manage audits where required. Lead customer security-focused meetings. Oversee security operations, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to integrate security into the SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture. Manage cloud security across platforms, including IAM, network security, logging, and monitoring. Lead security incident response efforts, including customer impact assessment, communications, and post-incident reviews. Conduct and manage risk assessments related to architecture, third-party vendors, and customer integrations. Support customer security inquiries, audits, and due diligence requests (security questionnaires, trust portals, sales support). Oversee vulnerability management and penetration testing programs, ensuring timely remediation. Select, implement, and manage security tools such as SIEM, CSPM, IAM, and endpoint security solutions. Develop and manage the cybersecurity vendor relationships and contracts. Deliver regular risk posture and security metrics reporting to senior leadership. Drive security awareness and secure security training across the organization.

The Conference and Events Specialist is responsible for planning and executing conferences as well as small to large-scale events, both internally and externally. This encompasses ideation through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up. This role ensures event logistics run smoothly, cross-functional teams remain aligned, and all stakeholders, from internal departments to external partners, are informed and prepared at every stage. Lead the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events of varying sizes Develop event timelines, presentations, booth schedules, and deliverables across teams Collaborate with all cross-functional teams to inform Marketing of “happenings” to ensure proper promotion and marketing of activities Play a key role in planning and organizing internal meetings and events, such as Annual Meeting and Team Offsites Manage logistics including venues, registration, travel, lodging, and onsite operations Communicate with vendors (AV, catering, rentals, venue staff, contractors) to ensure requirements are met Own and supervise exhibitor and sponsor logistics (booth setup, branding assets, deliverables, session needs, etc.) Track contracts, invoices, and payments for event-related vendors and suppliers Maintain event planning documents, checklists, dashboards, and reporting tools Responsible for attendee registration processes, confirmations, and troubleshooting Initiate the development of attendee-facing communications including schedules, FAQs, and event updates Oversee production and delivery of event materials such as signage, badges, swag, and printed collateral Spearhead onsite event setup, staffing coordination, and vendor supervision Monitor onsite attendee flow and provide customer service during the event Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate as needed to ensure smooth execution Establish and lead post-event wrap-up including feedback collection, survey management, and reporting Own post-event budget reconciliation and vendor closeout tasks Document event learnings and update internal conference playbooks for continuous improvement May perform other duties as assigned

As Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Innovation, you will serve as a strategic partner, reporting to the Chief Regulatory Officer. You will be responsible for defining and operationalizing the long-term regulatory vision for Cleerly, ensuring that regulatory strategy is fully integrated into enterprise planning, portfolio prioritization, and global expansion. Define and execute the long-term regulatory strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and portfolio expansion. Architect regulatory strategies enabling independent iteration of AI algorithms distinct from core platforms. Lead regulatory assessments supporting expansion into broader clinical workflows bridging diagnostic imaging and treatment planning. Operationalize market access beyond the U.S. (EMEA, GCC). Establish and approve regulatory policies, standards, and governance models. Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on regulatory risk and strategic expansion opportunities.
