• Design and implement scalable batch and real-time data processing systems across large and complex datasets. • Build and optimize ETL and streaming data pipelines using modern GCP big data technologies. • Support development decisions around model choices, data architecture, data modeling, pipeline orchestration, analytics infrastructure, and production systems. • Develop statistical models and analytics capabilities that support product intelligence and operational insights. • Design and maintain production-grade data workflows using technologies such as Airflow, Dataflow, PubSub, and PySpark. • Contribute across multiple areas of the data ecosystem, including data engineering, monitoring and governance, visualization, and analytics tooling. • Establish monitoring, observability, and governance practices for data quality, pipeline reliability, and production health. • Partner closely with Engineering to operationalize scalable data infrastructure and analytics systems. • Collaborate with Product to shape intelligent, data-driven product capabilities and user experiences. • Act as a thought partner across data engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and applied modeling initiatives. • Help evolve internal tooling and frameworks that improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency across the platform.

• Manage the day-to-day construction activities simultaneous on multiple projects to ensure they come in within the schedule and under budget • Lead a team of external construction project managers • Coordinate internal resources in support of Supply Chain management for Owner Furnished equipment and resources • Advocates safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforces compliance with company and jobsite safety plan and policies and all safety-related regulations • Lead establishing entitlements to support data centers developments including building permits and all other specific local AHJ processes and required approvals for construction. • Identify expedited permit opportunities & work with local jurisdictions to enable needed timelines. Ensure budgets are maintained and procurement aligns with the construction schedule. • Monitors the project site for cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance with the contractors and monitors project quality, safety, and risk management plans. • Negotiates change orders and manages the resulting cost and budget impact. • Reviews and approves monthly pay requests. • Controls the payment of project design and construction costs based on document review and approval. Coordinates with the accounting for payments and lien releases and leads regular job cost reviews. • Works closely with the commissioning team to ensure coordination of vendors and contractor commissioning teams to achieve turnover to customers. • Coordinates all final close out procedures for the project as delivered by the contractor, including as-built drawings, close out, letter of substantial completion. • Continually tracks project costs, allowances, contingencies within the financial software. • Able to solve problems at a tactical and functional level • Provide Data-driven action plans for executive decision making to manage and effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making • Mitigate risk for the project through pre-planning, innovative planning, and partnership

• Lead the development of evaluation frameworks for the autonomous system • Collaborate closely with Functional Safety and Systems Engineering teams • Ensure evaluation metrics are reliable enough to inform safety cases • Monitor the reliability of evaluation metrics and incoming performance data over time • Drive our approach to performance analysis using data-backed statistical methods • Develop new statistical analysis methods to analyze AV performance data • Partner with triage operators to turn raw disengagements into scenarios • Use fleet and evaluation data to identify edge cases in an automated manner • Build confidence in the evaluation framework through data-driven insights • Establish correlation between on-road and simulation data • Make sense of large datasets to drive insights • Establish a self-service model for developers • Develop new metrics, interpret trends, and investigate anomalies • Collaborate with developers to drive action based on these results • Serve as an advisor and influence collaborators across multiple teams • Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers • Introduce the use of ML methods for performance evaluation
