• Develop and maintain backends and tooling for internal ML customers, including core ML pipelines for use in both offline internal processing and real-time production systems. • Work with ML researchers to adopt and optimize experimental ML pipelines, turning them into scalable mature solutions. • Maintain and optimize inference software infrastructure for both offline and real-time production use. • Participate in architecture discussions and communicate with other teams to identify their needs and potential to optimize their work through improvements in our pipelines and tooling.

• Manage and deploy containerized applications across diverse environments (GKE, EKS, and on-premises Kubernetes). • Deploy releases to production environments and ensure successful rollouts. • Maintain and operate complex infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance through proactive system administration. • Prepare and synchronize staging environments to mirror production conditions, including configuration adaptation and QC validation support. • Maintain and enhance monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager) to improve system visibility. • Participate in on-call rotations and perform root-cause analysis (RCA) to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence. • Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and automated recovery. • Implement and manage InfoSec configurations, including firewall management, backup strategies, and security hardening. • Provide high-level technical support, resolving complex escalation. • Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with project requirements and timelines. • Research and adopt innovative technologies to continuously improve system reliability, security, and automation.

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reports for Management and Board • Lead the Management Accounts Group Consolidation process • Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability • Analyse and interrogate financial data for accuracy, insight, and accountability • Oversee AP & AR management using premium SaaS tools • Support and improve internal controls and financial processes • Assist in building robust documentation and scalable financial frameworks • Lead Transfer Pricing management activities in collaboration with external specialists • Improve and automate existing financial processes • Build new functionality and initiatives that create measurable business value • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting leadership decision-making

• Own backlog and roadmap for the real-time resource management system with the planning of stands and gate allocation as the primary use case. • Collaborate with Customer Success and airport operations teams to understand allocation challenges, regulatory requirements, and efficiency goals. • Translate operational needs and requirements into prioritised product backlogs, user stories, and comprehensive technical development tickets. • Define success metrics and track performance improvements (e.g., reduced delays, improved gate utilisation). • Lead the product development process of the product to ensure the highest quality of the product. Includes holding manual acceptance testing according to the acceptance criteria. • Manage agile/scrum retrospectives and continuous collaboration with the customers on developing and improving the product. • Collaborate with internal and external software development teams in order to realize the roadmap and ensure the highest quality of product delivered. • Manage initial/first implementation with our launch customer (one of the biggest airlines in the world).

• Increase and maintain automated test coverage across regression, smoke, and feature test suites within our Python-based frameworks (Python + Pytest), ensuring reliability and early issue detection. • Maintain the stability of the CI/CD pipeline, promptly investigating and fixing failing tests to keep the pipeline fully operational. • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, taking ownership of assigned areas and supporting high engineering standards.
