Manager, Sales – Mid-Market

Payscale

• Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. • Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting • Run a monthly performance management cadence • Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification • Partner with your reps on customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements • Responsible for the career and skill development of your team

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology preferred
  • Shown success with managing, motivating and developing an inside sales team
  • Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Experience with presenting product materials, sales webinars and seminars as required
  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in various social media tools, Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
