Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline. - 1-2 years of experience with hands-on laboratory experience with analytical workflows, including exposure to laboratory automation, liquid chromatography (LC), LC/MS, or productivity‑focused laboratory operations. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, customer‑focused solutions. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Ability and willingness to travel within North America.
