Securities Processing Manager (Phase 3) is a global, real-time order-to-settlement securities processing solution, offering a single, global platform that can manage multiple products, currencies and businesses in real-time. It provides real-time balances and positions as trades are processed throughout the day. This gives operations staff an up-to-date picture of the firm or business’s position and therefore helps to mitigate risk. In this position you will be working as Software Test Analyst Senior and creating end to end automation solution. As an individual contributor you will: - Automation of End to End Business Flows including requirement analysis and test plan design, test data preparation with wide coverage of functionalities, performance testing, general QA activities which includes defect reporting and tracking, communicating with stakeholders regularly, identify opportunities for innovation and AI adaption to improve productivity and accelerate automation regression. - Work within the team as well as working with various stakeholders including clients, global teams geographically located in different regions. - Build an understanding of the product on a technical and functional level, understand the context of our clients, participate in solution design, drive testing activities, and deliver solutions that address the business needs. - Work with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect as well as with experienced people in team to understand projects requirements, identify requirement gaps, functional risks so that these can be addressed early in the process. - Evaluate test data and/or engineer test data to be used throughout the software development life cycle. - Drive all phases of test execution and documentation including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration and acceptance testing. - Work closely with other team members like Developers, BAs in a team to ensure better turnaround for issue resolution and change implementation. - Implement processes to improvise quality of deliverables, create and maintain repository of documents and train and guide junior team members. - Ensure quality of newly built or enhanced features and regression test to make sure nothing is broken. - Automation of redundant manual tasks using innovative ideas. Qualifications - Hands on experience in UI as well as API Automation using Java Selenium, good understanding of automation framework design. - Hands on experience of AI adaptation to accelerate automation. - Hands on experience in functional testing and thorough understanding of industry wide QA processes. - Hands on experience in Performance Testing using JMeter. - Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing – Jira, test case management tool, version control tool like bitbucket. - Thorough Knowledge of capital markets domain, financial software and related middle and back office processes. - Understanding of UNIX/Linux commands and scripting. - Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL and creating SQLs to pull data from multiple tables using joins. - Knowledge of SCRUM and experience in working sprints. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives within assigned time. - Knowledge of CI and CD tools like Jenkins/Team City and GIT. - Knowledge of Java J2EE and hands on experience on any automation tool – Selenium or QTP preferred. - Knowledge of any scripting language like Python, Groovy, VB Script is added advantage. - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Engineer scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using n8n and related integration platforms. • Design hybrid automation patterns using n8n, Boomi, application programming interfaces, event-driven systems, and artificial intelligence agents. • Build artificial intelligence-enabled workflows that support intelligent decisioning, human-in-the-loop controls, prompt management, and model integrations. • Define development standards, reusable templates, exception handling, retry strategies, approval patterns, and security protocols for enterprise automation. • Implement environment strategies, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, versioning, and governance models for automation workflows. • Establish logging, monitoring, reliability guardrails, anomaly detection, and alerting to improve uptime, workflow trust, and recovery time. • Define responsible artificial intelligence governance for model selection, cost controls, prompt and version management, data privacy, and auditability. • Lead technical design sessions, workflow reviews, architecture reviews, and post-incident reviews. • Mentor engineers, contractors, and implementation teams on automation design, artificial intelligence agents, prompt engineering, and responsible automation practices. • Use metrics such as adoption, cycle-time reduction, service levels, recovery time, cost per workflow, and business impact to guide improvement.
