Role Description Desde Glintt Next buscamos incorporar un/a Data Platform Observability Engineer para reforzar el equipo de Observabilidad Funcional de uno de nuestros partners del sector energético. Como Data Platform Observability Engineer, tu día a día estará orientado a diseñar, instrumentar y evolucionar la estrategia de observabilidad de las plataformas de datos y aplicaciones, combinando métricas técnicas y funcionales con una clara orientación a negocio. Trabajarás con Datadog APM como herramienta principal, instrumentando aplicaciones para obtener métricas, trazas y logs estructurados, y definiendo SLIs, SLOs y KPIs funcionales que permitan medir de forma objetiva la salud y el rendimiento de los servicios. Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos técnicos y de negocio para: - Traducir necesidades funcionales en métricas accionables. - Diseñar dashboards de alto nivel orientados a negocio. - Garantizar una observabilidad robusta sobre entornos AWS. Modalidad: 100% remoto ¿Cómo te imaginamos? - Con una fuerte orientación a observabilidad y métricas, más allá de la pura operación. - Cómodo/a trabajando con equipos técnicos y de negocio. - Con mentalidad analítica, foco en la calidad del dato y visión de plataforma. - Proactivo/a, con autonomía y capacidad para proponer mejoras en la estrategia de observabilidad. Qualifications - Experiencia real y hands-on con Datadog, especialmente: - Datadog APM - Custom Metrics - Tracing distribuido - Experiencia instrumentando aplicaciones para métricas funcionales y técnicas usando Datadog. - Uso de logs como fuente de métricas (CloudWatch y/o generación de métricas en Datadog). - Conocimiento sólido en definición de SLIs y SLOs, y capacidad para guiar la definición de KPIs funcionales junto a negocio. - Buen dominio de AWS. - Capacidad de instrumentación en: - Python (imprescindible) - TypeScript y Java (deseables) - Conocimiento de OpenTelemetry (deseable). - Manejo avanzado del SDK de Datadog (imprescindible). - Experiencia en logging estructurado. - Diseño y construcción de dashboards de alto nivel orientados a negocio. Requirements - Experiencia con Grafana, especialmente en la parte de visualización. - Experiencia en control de tráfico entre servicios. - Conocimientos de Power BI para visualización. - Experiencia en captación de requisitos de negocio para la definición de SLOs.
