Where the team fits in The Programmatic Trader sits within the Programmatic Trading Operations team. The team works closely with Sales, Product and customers to activate and optimise digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and social media platforms beyond REA Group's owned properties, using REA's first-party audience data to drive customer performance and revenue. What the role is all about The Programmatic Trader plays a key role in delivering effective, data-driven media buying and campaign execution across our Extensions portfolio through: - Partnering with the Programmatic Trading Manager to develop and execute bidding, targeting, and inventory trading strategies across Display, Audio, Video, and Social Media for all offsite media buying. - Collaborating with the Sales team to deliver targeted and effective Audience Extension solutions across Display, Audio, Video, and Social Media. - Working closely with Programmatic Trading Executives to implement, QA, and troubleshoot ad campaigns using Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and other ad tech solutions. - Managing campaign timelines and deliverables across both internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinating the acquisition of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and all relevant documentation to prepare for campaign launch. - Enforcing a robust campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance. - Providing customers with expert recommendations on audience targeting and creative to optimise campaign outcomes. - Ensuring all campaign information is easily accessible to customers and stakeholders. Who we're looking for - 2+ years' experience trading media using DSPs. - A minimum of 12 months experience with enterprise DSPs - specifically The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or AdForm. Experience with Meta Business Manager a plus. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Someone who looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens. - Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
