• Lead and execute OCCUs financial strategy, aligning with organizational goals and long-term objectives. • Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, receivables, payables, and financial reporting. • Ensure timely and accurate forecasts, financial modeling, and analysis of financial trends. • Manage budget development, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking against organizational goals. • Interpret financial, economic, and statistical data to inform strategic decisions. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory reporting requirements. • Oversee reporting to regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate submissions. • Address audit findings and ensure appropriate resolution of financial exceptions. • Lead, coach, and develop finance team members, fostering a highly engaged and high-performing team. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support collaboration and execution.

• Partnering cross-functionally to scope, estimate, and deliver technology solutions • Supporting initiatives from requirements discovery through deployment and UAT • Developing functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation • Working collaboratively within Agile and Scrum teams to facilitate ongoing incremental enhancements. • Identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across projects • Providing Level 2 application support, incident analysis, and escalation coordination • Serving as a technical SME for lending and business-critical systems • Ensuring compliance with OCCU standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop Application Support Analysts and System Administrators, fostering a highly engaged and skilled team • Manage vendor relationships, system releases, upgrades, and backlogs of enhancements and defects • Oversee Level 2 application support, escalations, on-call coverage, and after-hours support as required • Establish and manage metrics, SLAs, budgets, and work plans to ensure effective resource utilization • Partner with infrastructure teams, auditors, vendors, and peer technology leaders to resolve production issues and support compliance • Lead teams effectively through change while encouraging continuous process improvement and automation • Maintain strong relationships with team members, credit union members, vendors, and professional organizations

• lead OCCU's regulatory compliance efforts • oversee the annual privacy policy review • ensure compliance with applicable state and international privacy laws • manage fair lending and HMDA reporting • governance of compliance policies, issues, and controls • provide compliance risk guidance for new products, services, technologies, and third-party relationships • managing regulatory compliance issues from identification through remediation and closure • support the development and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System • serve as a key point of contact for regulatory examinations and audits • support Compliance Committee reporting (including to the Supervisory Committee and/or Board) • collaborate with management to develop, implement, and periodically update compliance policies and procedures
