Job Requirements

  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, including how large language models work and how they can be applied responsibly in the workplace
  • Confidence in prompt‑based interaction with AI tools, with the ability to explain effective prompting strategies to others
  • Awareness of AI risks and limitations, including data privacy, bias, security, and responsible use
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving common application issues, with an understanding of digital support and helpdesk practices
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical learners.
