• Atender llamadas de clientes de Claro Perú • Resolver consultas, solicitudes y brindar una atención de calidad • Identificar oportunidades comerciales durante la interacción con el cliente • Cumplir con los indicadores de calidad y productividad establecidos
Job Requirements
- Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en Call Center
- Secundaria completa
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad remota
- Contar con PC o laptop con Windows 10
- Procesador Core i3 de 5.ª generación o superior
- Memoria RAM de 8 GB como mínimo
- Internet cableado de 50 Mbps o superior
- Audífonos con conexión USB
