Il tuo ruolo come Group Leader: Accompagnerai gruppi di ragazzi in partenza dall’Italia verso destinazioni europee ed extraeuropee, seguendoli in ogni fase: Dalla partenza al ritorno, offrendo assistenza durante tutto il viaggio. Durante la permanenza nei college, guidandoli nelle attività in lingua e partecipando ad escursioni.

Job Requirements

  • Formazione preferibilmente in ambito linguistico, educativo, umanistico.
  • Età minima 23 anni.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese di livello avanzato (minimo B2).
  • Esperienza autonoma nel viaggiare (check-in, volo con scalo, metro, autonomia nel gestire viaggi personali).
  • Predisposizione, motivazione ed interesse a viaggiare e svolgere attività con ragazzi (dai 14 ai 19 anni).
  • Precedente esperienza di studio, stage o lavoro all’estero (in uno dei seguenti paesi: Inghilterra, Irlanda, Scozia, Spagna, Olanda, USA, Dubai, Giappone, Canada).
  • Disponibilità a risiedere in località europee o extraeuropee per un minimo di 2 settimane consecutive nel periodo compreso tra giugno ed agosto.

As a Medium Voltage Transformer (MVT) Engineer with the Sungrow Service Department, you will be responsible for applying knowledge and theory of Electrical Engineering, Magnetics, and Power systems. In addition, you will be completing internal and customer specific reviews. This will include: Design reviews Equipment diagnostics Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults Root cause analysis (RCA) reports Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Investigate, troubleshoot, and analyze transformers and its components in the field. Utilize IEEE, NETA, NEC, and UL standards for testing and safety procedures. Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems and determine optimum equipment functioning. Prepare and maintain reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance performed. Coordinate with HQ and OEMs to investigate design issues and use Lean Six Sigma techniques for design improvements and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports. Provide on-job training to other team members. Maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrate safe work practices and avoid unsafe behaviors. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Train Field Service employees on processes and procedures.

This role supports areas of field service operation within Sungrow USA related to commissioning, warranty, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the expanding installed sites in the region. Reporting to the regional field service supervisor, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning support of PV inverters and ancillary equipment/systems, usually at the customer’s site or at a staging yard/warehouse. This position will comply with the Safety Mandate, “ZERO HARM,” to ensure safe and efficient work and operation of the facility for all personnel and equipment. Own and manage daily and weekly service coordination and reporting, including technician assignments, job status, completion tracking, and open action items. Consolidate, review, and submit field documentation (DARs, ESRs, JSAs, LOTO records, site reports, close-out packages) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance. Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the Field Service Supervisor, reducing day-to-day reporting and coordination workload. Coordinate field execution logistics including scheduling, site access, tooling, spares, and vendor/contractor support. Act as a first-level operational escalation point for technicians and contractors regarding scope clarity, scheduling conflicts, and procedural questions. Track Preventive Maintenance, LTSA, commissioning, and warranty activities to maintain schedule adherence and execution visibility. Manage contractor field administration, including daily activity reports, JSA submissions, work validation, and support of invoice review and verification. Support field safety and compliance by ensuring required permits, JSAs, and LOTO documentation are prepared, reviewed, and archived; serve as safety second as required. Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of string and central solar inverters and/or BESS systems, including PCS, batteries, and ancillary equipment, as needed. Assist with investigation of plant issues (grid faults, inverter/PCS issues, utility transients; for BESS: SOC checks, module/component troubleshooting, hardware replacement, software updates). Review technician’s work quality, troubleshooting narratives, and documentation; provide feedback and escalate trends to the Field Service Supervisor. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, project management, and service leadership to support effective service delivery. Maintain organized and timely submission of all service records in accordance with Sungrow, customer, and EPC requirements.
